LEADS - First option is buying leads. All our leads are delivered in real-time through our live transfer system and online by our custom built CRM so you can receive the lead as soon as it is qualified.

We also explain to the prospect that a Credit Check will need to be done and obtain their consent for that, also we tell the prospect that a loan officer will be on the line in a few moments that will provide information about the new loan. When the verification is over we put the client on hold and call you (if you are not available we will transfer the lead to another client). We transfer the lead by voice and data (hot key + Lead Management System) at the same time, we have all the system in place for that, you only need a phone line and a computer with a internet connection.

LEADS TO PACKAGER - Second option that we have is to transfer the leads that you purchase from us straight to the packager of your choice or we can put you in touch with the packagers we work with at this moment for higher commissions and bigger closing rates. Working this way the leads would be an investment and you don't have to do anything, we will handle everything but the clients would still be yours (for future business) and you'll be getting your commission from the deals closed. This is the most cost effective solution for you to have a constant flow of quality leads. We train the agents, manage them and make sure they do their job right for you. The standard criteria:
1. Lead must be looking for secured loan.
2. Must be a homeowner having mortgage.
3. LTV including the new loan and any other loans no more then 85%.
4. Minimum Loan of 5000 GBP.
5. House hold income of 15000 GBP/annum and above.
You have the option to change the standard lead criteria but the leads price will go a bit up, for this please contact our sales department.
The best you can get in the industry, we ensure that all clients get a fast replacement of the leads that have been found not as stated in the contract. Leads falling within our company replacement policy will be replaced with no question asked.
Replacements will be made for the following reasons:
• The Customers is unable to make contact with Prospect within five days;
• Incorrect information being supplied and not as stated by the Prospect;
• Where the Prospect states that they did not want to be contacted;
• Where the Prospect is pushed into providing information and accepting further contact;
• Where information supplied is outside of the agreed criteria;
• If client is not a home owner;
We reserve the right to request a copy of your call recording for verification purposes. You can request the recordings of the leads you want to replace because we record 100% of the conversations.
